Intro Package - Never done Pilates on the Reformer? Start your journey with 3 private sessions + a FREE class! Build confidence, master the basics, and create a solid foundation for classes or privates.
Beginner Level Reformer & Props- Perfect for those with very little experience on the Reformer, this full-body workout combines the Reformer, mat, foam roller, and small props for a fun and engaging session. Build strength, flexibility, and confidence while learning foundational Pilates techniques. Modifications ensure a safe and supportive experience for all.
Mixed Level Reformer & Props -Open to all levels with prior Reformer experience, this full-body workout uses the Reformer, mat, foam rollers, and small props for a fun and dynamic session. Build strength, flexibility, and balance through engaging exercises designed to challenge and energize you. If you’re new to New Light Pilates, please contact us before registering.
Private Session -Individual Pilates Sessions provide one-on-one attention to target specific needs, improve mobility, and achieve lasting results.
Online Mat Pilates with Props -Open to all levels after a private Zoom assessment. This full-body workout uses balls, bands, weights, and a 36-inch roller, blending traditional Pilates with planks, push-ups, and balance work.
